3--use powdered milk add 2 tsp of saturated fats gelatin 1 tsp and a egg --add colustrum 1 tsp 16 oz distilled or RO water mix -blend--til smooth  heat and serve

4- whey protein powder with out sucrolose -aspartame -neotame -splenda aceslfame K add 16 oz of distilled water  or RO  1 egg  2 tsp of maple syrup or xylitol ---even white sugar is safer then all the new sweetners on the market today or a straight glucose or a dextrose---add colustrum optional you can a drop of iodine in with this formula or any other

sweetners if you use should be xylitol  or maple syrup --no honey--even 1 tsp half a tsp of glycerine you can add feww drops of vanill as an option

warning --you can add a mineral complex of some kind with electrolytes --Nutribiotic  has some---do not use trace elements alot of them are toxic metals---shit or waste they add ---

if you want to increase emulsification add a ½-1 tsp of sunflower lecithin powder---pregnant moms  or moms working on pregnancy ---make this for your self so your tanks don’t go dry and will ample milk for your babies

MAKE JELLO for KIDS---add your gelatin and some minerals and some B vitamins---get a bowl add 16 oz of water—her are going to make a hydrogel---open up 3-6 capsules of your B vitamins and add them to water either blend or mix well---add your sugar to your gelatin---either by juices –apple ---filter any juice you buy store bought with the oil filtering I show ---and instead of water add the filtered juice to 16 ozz –do not use papaya or pineapple juice—mix in your gelatin ---not if you an aversion to this then add pectin--- simmer till it all dissolves add your b vitamin solution ---mix in well –chill and serve---kid treat that will have vitamins in a nutrient form
